In order to answer that question, we need to know the measurements of your furniture and/or your cushion.
Navigate to our how to measure page for more information. When making your measurements, please be certain that the cushions match the measurements you submit to us. Take all the steps needed to be sure of your decision.
Unfortunately, they are not. The fabrics placed on the cushions are water resistant, but not fully water proof. If your cushions do get wet, turn them on their sides as the water will tend to run out quicker and may result in faster drying times. Because our cushions are designed for outdoor use, they do dry quickly. Do not place them in a dryer.
No, all of our buttons are plastic. Customers have the option to choose their buttons during the checkout process.

You most certainly can. When choosing your umbrella, you are given numerous fabric selections just like the cushions are presented.
The quality of all of our umbrellas is much higher than those that can be purchased through mass merchants.
Every pole that we carry is the standard size of 1.5 inches.
Unfortunately, there are no guaranties that the 'skin' will fit due to the number of ribs and shape of the umbrella.
Receiving/Placing your Order

All of our cushions and umbrellas are custom made to each order. Most items on your order will have to be hand-made which consists of measuring, cutting material, sewing, filling, and then packaging.

Customers are notified of any situations that may cause a delay promptly through email or phone if no email is present.
When your order is complete and submitted, you should receive a detailed email confirmation. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please contact us.
When you get to the part where you are entering your billing and shipping information, there will be a comments box. Simply enter the measurements that you need in there with the corresponding cushion ID number and we will be sure to see it.
When we search for an order status, we will need the ship-to name. When orders are submitted into our system, the are sorted by the exact ship-to name that is on the same email order confirmation as you have.
