What is the difference between all fabrics? Each fabric is different in its construction and finish. Please click here to see a detailed description of each. How do I request fabric samples? Please see this link for more information: Fabric Samples I have recieved my samples, but the one that I wanted is no longer on the website...what happened to it? Unfortunately, if the fabric is not showing up on the web site, it is currently out of stock. Do you have anymore fabrics other than listed on the site? All the fabrics that are listed on the site are what we have in stock. What type of care is needed for the fabrics? Each fabric has special cleaning instructions. Cushions - This section is based on frequently asked questions about cushions...
Do you have anything that will fit my furniture? In order to answer that question, we will need to know what the measurements are of the furniture or even old cushion. What is the most effective way to get and read measurements? Click here to visit 'How to determine your Cushion Size' page and follow the steps provided. What is the best choice to make on choosing cushions? When making your selection, please be certain that the cushions match your measurements. Take all the steps needed to be sure of your decision. Are the cushions water-proof? Unfortunately, they are not. The fabrics placed on the cushions are water resistant, but not fully water proof. If your cushions do get wet, turn them on their sides as the water will tend to run out quicker and faster drying times may be a result of doing so. Because our cushions are designed for outdoor use, they do dry quickly. Do not place them in a dryer. Are the buttons on your cushions covered in fabric? No, all of our buttons are that of a plastic. Customers have the option to choose colors by stating a color while checking out in a comments area. Here is an image of some of the buttons that we use. If my cushions get dirty, what should I do to clean them? Please click here for cleaning instructions on different types of fabrics. If I tell you what kind of furniture that I have, could you tell me what kind of cushions that I need? Unfortunately, the only way to help you find cushions is by knowing your measurements. Can I send my old cushions in to get new covers? Sorry, we can only make brand new complete cushions. |

What is the best way to check on the status of my order? When we search for an order status, we will need the ship-to name. When orders are submitted into our system, the are sorted by the exact ship-to name that is on the same email order confirmation as you have. ATTN: DO NOT CALL FOR ORDER STATUS CHECK - A QUICKER RESPONSE WILL BE GIVEN THROUGH EMAIL. THIS IS NOT AN AUTOMATED PROCESS AND WILL TAKE TIME TO CHECK ON YOUR ORDER. |

Make certain that you have all your information ready and help can be provided promptly. If a message is to be left, please provide the following information when calling: Your full name, your call back number, brief message. Why doesn't anyone return my calls? Due to the large volume of incoming and outgoing calls, it is difficult to return all calls promptly. I don't want to wait for someone to call me back, what should I do? If you would like to get a quicker response, please contact us via email. Why is the phone always busy? Due to the large volume of incoming and outgoing calls, the phone line may be tied up at times. What is the best time to call? Although the site is open 24 hours a day, we are available to answer calls and respond to emails Monday - Friday 9am - 4:30pm Indiana Time. The reason for this is so that a record of the issue can be documented and also helps relay the message to production for instructions on what we can do to fix the problem. The fabric doesn't match the one that I see on the site...what's wrong? Because every computer monitor may present a fabric in a different way, we offer fabric samples so that you may see exactly what you are going to be getting prior to ordering. I am having difficulties on the web site...what should I do? Please contact us and state the difficulties. |
